Then he helped me with a battery for my Honda. Isaac is not high pressure... he explained various options for batteries and let me select. Then, he installed the battery in my car with no hassle whatsoever. Thanks Brother!
Had a flat tire as I arrived and needed a battery. Customer Service tech offered to change tire, but we had it. My wrench was not long enough for the batter however. The same tech offered to help and brought out the correct wrench. Customer service is outstanding!
Well I like the guys here in Alamosa for the most part they know there part. But about every other time I go in they seem to get me the wrong parts and that hurts my bottom line because it's a 100 mile round trip to exchange them or get my money back.

Three employees are friendly and knowledgeable about what they sell. They help diagnose your vehicle and get the correct parts to fix it.
Counter person was nice. Their computer inventory is not accurate. I drove half an hour to get brake pads supposedly in stock. When I arrived at the store they did not have them even though computer said they did. Disappointing to waste that much gas and time
